Breasts Work Against Gravity

Although gravity works against us making things fall a little lower than we’re used to, there’s a way to slow the process down. As we get older, the elasticity in our skin gives out making us prone to sagging breasts. At our teens our breasts are too perfect. Our 20’s set them into the right place and once we get to our 30’s, well we don’t have to go there. The important thing is the fact that there are exercises that can keep us firm, and toned longer and naturally. These exercises will even trick you into thinking your back in your 20’s.

Breasts are mostly fatty tissue. There is no product out there that can make them bigger or smaller. Exercising won’t make them bigger either. Toning your chest muscles will pick up your breasts so that they rest higher giving them more of a “picked up” attitude. You can also develop definition between your breasts making it appear as though there’s cleavage. Everyone loves cleavage!

The best exercises to pick up your twins won’t cost you an arm and a leg at the gym. You can do them in the comfort of your own home. Now remember, this is not an over night result type of thing. As with all real and permanent results, you have to be persistent, eat well, and do at least 30 min. cardio a day to see results. Drinking water will keep you hydrated and moisturize your skin so that it can have elasticity to stay firm, without traces of stretch marks.

Exercise #1- Push ups
You will need to do 3 sets of 12-15 reps. Make sure you do them thoroughly and completely so that you get the best results. I’ve found that I get a better workout when I modify it by putting my knees on the ground and doing push ups that way. If putting your knees on the ground allows you to do the whole exercise then do it. If it’s a breeze for you then try regular pushups but make sure that you are keeping your abs tightened and completing the full range of motion. Do these every other day and you will notice yourself getting stronger to the point where you might want to increase the number of reps.

Exercise #2- Wall push offs

Stand up with legs hip length apart. Lean against the wall with your arms extended straight out in front of you facing the wall. The only thing that should be touching the wall is your hands. Then bend your elbows like if you’re doing a push up on the wall except you will push off the wall instead. Do the same amount of sets as above. Before you know it your chest will be burning and Hello Ladies! Good bye push up bra!
